If you previously uploaded the certificate to the Portal:

  1. Visit the IT Admin Portal at https://<hostname>:8800

  2. In the upper right hand of the page click on the gear icon and select Console Settings
  3. Towards the top of the Console Settings there is a TLS Key & Cert section, select Upload Files and upload the new certificates
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save
  5. Quill services will be restarted to accept and apply changes
  6. Once restart has finished confirm extension is working as intended


If you previously saved file path to certificate on the server

  1. Follow steps 1 & 2 from above to log into the IT Admin Page
  2. Under TLS Key & Cert, update the SSL Private Key Filename and SSL Certificate Filename to reflect path and new file name of the key/cert
    • If the old certificate was overwrote on the server and key/cert filename and path have not been changed, no changes in the console setting are needed but quill services should be stopped and restarted from the Dashboard page to reload the new 
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save
  4. Quill Services will be restarted to accept and apply changes
  5. Once restart has finished confirm extension is working as intended
