Sometimes customers deploy our software on-premise, and then ask us what they need to do to let employees outside their company network also use our software. The answer will depend on your company's network.


Contact your System Administrator or Networking team to allow outside traffic to hit the Linux server(s) where you installed our software. 


Your internal team will best consult on how to open up networking access to end-users outside your internal network while maintaining your company's security practices.
